You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Request it in My account → Orders, or message us on WhatsApp (+91 96628 60602) or email zerainesarees@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it within 3 days of delivery under our refund policy.
Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
