Shipping policy

• Free shipping on every order across India.
• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of the order.
• Delivery: 3–7 days depending on your pincode, through our courier partners.
• Tracking: a tracking link is sent on WhatsApp and email once the parcel ships.
• Payment: all orders are paid online with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Orders outside India

• Countries: we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia and Singapore.
• Shipping is free. International prices already include tracked courier shipping.
• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days. Delivery: usually 7–12 working days after dispatch.
• Duties and taxes: prices do not include import duties or local taxes. If your country charges any, the courier collects them from you on delivery. We can't control or refund these charges.
• Currency: prices are in Indian rupees. Your bank or card provider converts the amount at its own rate.
• If a parcel is refused or not collected, we can refund the saree price only after it comes back to us, minus the shipping and return costs.
