This website is operated by Zeraine ("Zeraine", "we"), 78, Shivnagar Society, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. Our sarees are art silk (man-made fibre) jacquard with metallic zari unless the product page states otherwise. They are not pure silk. Photos are shot in daylight without filters, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices for delivery in India include GST. Prices for delivery outside India include shipping but not import duties or local taxes of the destination country. All orders are paid online at checkout. We don't offer cash on delivery. Offers such as "Any 2 for ₹1,299" apply only to eligible products and only while shown on the site.

Orders. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. You will be refunded in full for any amount paid.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
